CONDITIONS OF ORDERING

MINIMUM QUANTITIES

This service is for bulk purchasing only with a Minimum Order of 500kg (1 Pallet) of goods.

Please note that you can have mixed pallets so as long as you can bulk up your total order to at least 500Kg, you can make this volume up from multiple products.

For quantities smaller than 500kg you may find an existing product to buy online in the Polybags stock catalogue or you can get a free quote for packaging manufacturing from Polybags UK who specialise in these kind of orders.

LEAD TIMES

The Minimum Lead Time is usually 3 weeks and the Maximum Lead Time is usually 6 weeks.

If you need your product urgently, please do not use this service – ask us to quote at Polybags sales@polybags.co.uk for UK production.

The maximum lead time of 6 weeks is normally achieved but can not be guaranteed. If there is a problem achieving this lead time and your product has become urgent, Polybags will look to manufacture emergency stock for you in the UK at the same price.

QUALITY

All polythene is Virgin Grade (unless Repro Material specifically ordered.)

Product Quality and Tolerances is to exactly the same standards and levels as Polybags as specified in the Polybags Product Quality pages.

Please note in particular that although we endeavour to match manufactured quantity exactly to ordered quantity, tolerance is upto + / - 10% of the amount ordered. Actual quantity supplied will be invoiced

PACKING

All goods will be packed as requested. Standard packing as follows: Film – Rolls wrapped individually in polythene film Bags – Boxed in plain brown cartons up to maximum 20Kg carton weight.

Goods are palletised on Europallets (800x1200mm) for delivery unless specified otherwise on order.
